So another Kickstarter arrived yesterday - a small game that packs a lot in which goes by the name of Harbour:
At it's core it's a simple worker placement game that is simplified down to the fact you can take exactly 1 action per round. Naturally enough that means it plays very, very quickly (assuming no AP'ers ) and it's got some great artwork to boot.
The twist with this game however is once you've gathered enough resources by wheeling and dealing in the buildings shown on the board you can then choose to ship your goods for a dollar value and immediately buy a building!
Doing this causes the market to be reorganised in a simple way which changes the worth of the goods available! Hilarious fun to watch someone else's plan slowly fall apart as you rig the market in your favour!
I'll get some more pictures of the game up later in it's play state but for what should be about 15 - 20 quid I'd certainly recommend it!
