Our accounts pc is crashing every couple of weeks with the same blue screen error code and the following logs in the System, Event Viewer pane.
I ran Fujitsu Tech Support and they recommend formatting the drive and reinstalling the entire system. I do not want to do this as resetting up the shares and accounts access across the network is a real pain.
Doesn't the log file indicate a hardware error, which a reinstall wont fix?
