Hard Drive and PSU

Hi,

Im looking for a new Hard Drive and PSU because:

1) Im running out of HD space (Old WD 120Gb Model)

2) It's bloody hot, and my PSU is really loud and Im im planning to do an upgrade over the summer for new components and 460W doesn't cut it.

So could anyone put forward some reccomendations for a decent 250 - 500Gb Hard Drive and a 500 - 750W Modular PSU.
