is there an app thea can clean up all your hard drives not just the c drive like ccleaner does?

How do you mean clean it up? What do you have on the other drives.

Ccleaner is application specific, it will clean files for applications no matter what drive they're on as long as the application is supported.

That would depend on what it is you want to 'clean up' off the hard drives.
