Hard drive clone software

Hi all, Im looking for a software that can backup a windows Vista NTFS install onto a dual layer dvd, then i want to put that onto a RAID setup.

What software would you recommends? also would the dvd with the backup be bootable and have the correct drivers to see a RAID configuration?

o.k. cool, can it also find a backup file that is stored on a NAS drive on the network?
