Hard drive failed in raid 0

You could just try unplugging them one at a time.

Have one plugged in.

And try to install windows on it.

If it will install and run ok. It works. If not, it doesn't.

Then try it for the other one.

That way you will know for certain, without guessing, whether or not they work.
 
It's possible that the drive that's showing as broken might be able to be resurrected. And the non-broken one should work right away. But if I were you I would consider replacing both of them, if you bought them at the same time it might not be all that long before they both fail. It's never fun in raid0, you can save yourself a lot of heartache later.
 
This happened to me recently but turned out my old optical drive was on the blink and was messing with the ichr controller, unplugged the drive and told the to reset the status of the hdd (from error to healthy). Try unplugging everything other than the raptors and force it to boot.
