Hard Drive In Vista

How do you stop the hard driver 'sleeping' in Vista. If you dont use for a bit...it goes to sleep then takes an age to spin up when you use it againry so often...very annoying!

iirc, the setting is in advanced power options, you can specify when the HDD switches itself off from there.

just checked on a work server, has the optoin to turn off hard disks, power options kept from now on me thinks
