Hard drive issues

hey

i have just compleated my first build and i am having problemds locating one of my hard dives within my computer.

I have put in an OCZ agility 3, seagate barracuda 1tb and i picked out a 160gb seagate hard drive out of my old dell pc.

My computer detects the ocz and my old dell hard drive but not my 1tb hard drive.

I am using the SSD just for my os and gonna use the old hard drive as a back up but i cannot find the 1tb hard drive

could anyone help

i have done that and it has said i must initialize a disk before disk manager can access it.

just had a better look and it is there but it is saying it is not initialized any help how i do that
