Hard drive makes screaming noise when gaming?

You positive its the hard drive and not the PSU?

edit: reason I ask is that your pc will be drawing more current from the PSU when gaming.

I think its the hard drive as I'm suspecting the textures causing the hard drive to scream

I would go with the gpu screaming, is it possible to remove the drive and use it external to confirm.

my gpu is integrated

I also think it is temperature related
