Hard Drive Monitoring Tool

Anyone know of a tool I can use to monitor hard drive performance.

The drive is a SATA WD raptor.

Not really the kind of thing I'm after.

I'm after something more useful for monitoring the server than looking flash.

At the moment I use cool beans system info, but it doesn't monitor the hard drives.
