Hey everyone,
Just came back from a trip away to find my computer didn't boot into windows. So I thought well...great. Repaired the installation and it works fine. However, one of my other disks is doing something rather odd.
Here
The disk only appears to be 10mb in size even though it is a 200GB disk. So has anyone solved this problem before or knows how to?
If the disk is fubar'd, then does anyone know any free recovery software?

try checkdisk,
use somthing to check for failed partitions (I just used get data back and it worked fine!)
maybe use UBCD and check the disks for faults.
looks like a problem with the FAT or partiton table

when using databack I can see all my files and click on them and they seem to be intact. So it would seem that it is just a partition table error, but how can I fix that? chkdsk doesn't work because it says this disk is not a windows XP dsk or something like that and skips it.
btw, the actual partition is NTFS.

I had the same problem on my computer with the main drive, booted into the windows recovery console and did fixmbr command it sorted it out.

Should sort out out too.

use getdataback to copy them to another drive!
