Hard Drive Programs

Is there any free software i can download to display what is using hard drive space.

I have got to a point where i only have about 100 meg left on my c drive, i have tried clearing everything i can think of but there must be some files somewhere that is using all the space, i should have about 2 gig free.

have you taken your page file and space for system restore into account. That could easily take up 2 GB
