Hard drive question

I would say yes, seeing as the speed will easily make up for the £10 expense.
The battery life can take a hit though, but you are always plugged in, like I am, the performance boost will be worth it.

Go for the 7200rpm drive as it will make a bit difference. I went from two 120gig 5400rpm drives to two 320gig 7200rpm Scorpio Black drives and Vista loads quicker, applications start faster and transfering files is much quicker too.

I went from a stock fujitsu 5400rpm 80gb sata to a hitachi 7k200 7200rpm 120gb drive and the difference was instantly noticeable, you arnt talking seconds per command but windows just doesnt seem to lag as much when you search, run or copy data around.
