I've been having a few issues trying to install Windows 8 - having finally received the DVDs (nicely played MS - I was pleasantly surprised to find 2 DVDs in the pack neatly labled 32 and 64
) - I managed to get the install started only to find that my Vertex 4 was not recognised by the installer
On my Windows 7 install I get the following:
As you can see - with a little squinting - 'My Computer' sees the Vertex 4 - it is correctly formatted NTFS, I can write files to it and it benches as expected with crystalmark - but if you look at the acronis screen - nothing - and it's the same with the Win 8 installer - it sees the other 3 drives no problem, but not the Vertex 4 - any ideas?
