hard drive spec?

hi guys, just wondering if this hard drive will be fine with my mobo

its Hitachi Deskstar 7K160 160GB SATA-II 8MB Cache - OEM
mobo is abit ip35e.

my old hard drive just went bust so i need another. this seems cheap n cheerful. any views on it/obvious issues?

This (Western Digital Caviar Special Edition 160GB SATA-II 8MB Cache) worth the few extra quid or no difference?
