After reading the other thread about jogging every night on hard ground can screw with your joints, how healthy is it to play a lot of football on harder ground as opposed to grass. I currently play quite a lot on hard ground and I was wondering if I was doing any long lasting damage on my joints?

Would be awesome to get an OcUK game going at the JJB or something. Just hope you're not the biggest player on the team, cos if you are you're my first target.
