hard reboot when clicking on My Network places

Hi,I need some advice please..

When i click on my network places i get a hard reboot so i've gone into Admin tools/system tools and looked up the error and it says this..

The Routing and Remote Access service terminated with service-specific error 3 (0x3).

Any help would be of great help!

I would probably be tempted to format when this sort of thing happens.

It doesn't looks like that's what caused the crash, need to look back further to when the crash happened, RRAS is failing to start during the windows startup.

BTW if it was me having this issue, my first visit would be to www.eventid.net
