Hard Reset on a PDA?

Hi All,

Anyone know how to do a Hard Reset on a Hp Ipaq 2190? I have no idea and have tried nearly everything...

Have you tried holding in a reset button or the power button for a long time?

It is usually something to do with this, or just leave the battery to go dead depending on what the memory in the device is.

Does it not have one of those tiny pinholes for resetting? They can be difficult to find sometimes.

I have one under my battery on my old PPC, my Axim has one just on the back.

My ipaq has its reset button on the left hand side. Tiny wee hole. If you unscrew the top of styli then you will see the reset tool.

If all else fails... let the battery totally die.

I generally find consulting the manufacturer's web site useful in cases like this
