Hi guys

I realised that I'm in some desperate need of some new choonz, been listening to the same hard trance/uplifting stuff for a long time now, and I'm a little out of touch.

I really like some hard, but very uplifting trance choonz, currently listening to Yoji Biomehanika at the moment, but he's a tad too hard, not uplifting enough.
You got any suggestions (I have always been a fan of Phil Reynolds and the HEAT boys)

Cheers!

Can't go far wrong with Ottaviani;

Giuseppe Ottaviani - Through Your Eyes
Giuseppe Ottaviani - Linking People
Nu NRG - Casino
Second Sun - Playground (Nu NRG remix)
Giuseppe Ottaviani & Marc van Linden - Until Monday

Also;
Sean Tyas - Lift (Kearney Remix)

The second CD of Cream Ibiza mixed by Eddie Halliwell is all very much this style, I highly recommend it. :)

Travis Baxter - Heaven and Earth (chris and matt kidd mix) , Wicked tune im playing loads at the minute.

Get some Phil York tracks mate. should suit u nicely

stuff like:

nu nrg stuff
guiseppe ottaviani
dave 202

is what i'd consider uplifting hard trance, not sure if its what you're after though

The harder/tougher end of trance, but not hard trance.

I'm guessing stuff by MDA & Spherical may be your bag:

removed - swearing on page

You know the stuff I used to like... just need that updated with new stuff tbh, and a bit more uplifting than what Simon used to play :p

I used to listen to this sorta thing a while back...

Check out "carbon based", it's very fast ;)
also, AMS and k-komplex have done some nice stuff, but it's more 175bpm rather than yer usual 150ish bpm.

I'm not really up with the newer stuff now... I'm more into my hardcore breaks. :cool:

get "live as with john o callaghan"

you'll LOVE it if you like that set, JoC seriously, seriously, ROCKS! :D

I'm thinking Deon prefers the faster and uplifting UK Hard Trance sound, as opposed to JOC's more tech-trance affair :)
