I'm looking for a laptop which can handle games like Crysis out this year. It needs to have pretty decent battery life too. However i'd like to get one thats cheap as possible.. not sacrificing on any bad quality parts etc though. It has to have Vista as well obviously.

That game isn't out yet, so no one can say how a gaming laptop will handle it.

Why is there so much hype with this game?

So you want a gaming laptop that pretty much SLI jobbie, is cheap and possible with good battery life? lol.
 
Looking @ Rock there quite good specs/prices, but yeah dont expect to game without being plugged into power ;)

Would be much better if they released an 8800 GTS mobile chip and shoved that into an lappy.... but I think thats bit far off for now, but idealy that would do crysis nicely and is Vista/DX10 proof.

So lets get this straight... you want:

*A laptop that can handle Crysis, a game that's not out till then end of this year.
*Decent battery life.
*As cheap as possible.
*But with high-quality parts.

LOL! :D

Just wait till the end of this year and see what's out there rather than buying now, you'll only end up regretting it otherwise. :)
