harddrive problem

hey guys i just built my new pc and its all up and running installed windows 7 on my ssd

then connected my 500gb harddrive up and the computer isnt picking it up not showing up in bios or in my computer

any ideas guys ?

ive tryed diffrent sata ports

amd the hd is spinning up so power is all there

how do i do that ? if its not even showing up in bois or my computer ?

Type 'Create and Search hard disk partitions' in the menu search bar (The thing that pops up when you press the windows key). If it's not there try different sata connections that come from the power supply.

nothing have tried all the sata conections and all the ata connections

Think it might be buggered then. Is it a drive you bought with the new build or something you've had before it in your old computer? If it's the former, RMA it. I believe you bought your parts from OCUK? If you bought the HDD from them just contact them through email or by phone and tell them your problem and they'll be happy to replace it for you.

ok the drive works but only if i dont have the ssd connected and visa versa the sdd works but only if i dotn have the harddrive connected its like they work on there own but not togeather for osme reason help would be good pelase guys
