Hardlock Fitting

not 100% sure how hardline fittings work but im sure they require a good seal like compression fittings do so a O Ring is a must? Unless the O-Ring is already in the fitting on the bottom half where it connects the tubing, in which case I think the O Ring in the lock collar is more there for stability and keeping it in place.

These fitting also come with silver plated brass bases is it safe to use these with premixed fluid, also what are the metals you cant mix in the water cooling loop?

I though (maybe wrong) that you got 2 g 1/4 for the block/res side and then 2 larger o-rings for the bard side and the lock collar you glue on is optional.

i dont know if you are supposed to use both the lock collar and the larger o-ring together, i would think not but that's what it looks like to me
