I think these are mostly right I think, was quite hard to find them as Dutch Hardstyles normally quite hard to find, let alone remember track names!

PS - Go to Defqon in Holland, its much better!

But i just saw that the Australian one had different stages and i was like :S
Im sure ill be in Holland quite a bit when im older ;) The trip to Aus for that Defqon is so expensive anyway . Flights etc etc

What do you actually think of MC's are hardcore events? When i hear streams of them etc they just **** me of. Apparently though they build up a realy good atmosphere
 
UK ones are crap, most of the dutch ones only speak at the start and stuff.

Tbh with you being so young you'll have a big shock when you start going to events like this, even with your views on drugs/alcohol will change a lot.

bad shock is? And the good?

You mentioned drugs- don't drink, hate the taste!
Heard that loads of people take E at these events - sounds extremely appealing. But uh dangerous (better leave it there as of forum rules)

They all have different stages but the one in AUS is getting more attention because its not that far off happening! If you want to hear Hardstyle in its home country though you have to go to Holland! But be aware it'll be a big culture shock if you've never been to a festival like that before, but my advice is to try it for yourself and see what happens and enjoy! :)

Yer well ill sure be going so yer. Though in 3 years or so a lot can change! the music might just go soft :( Hardstyle is from people like showtek atleast so..

Drug culture is something you'll have to make ur mind up on yourself, all I will say is don't believe the papers.

Alcohol, that will change with time.

One thing which struck me was the comment about sweaty rooms (from a different thread) that will be something you will get in every single event you goto, regardless of size and money involved (in hardstyle and hardcore) if you're a clean freak or something like that you will have issues with it lol.

The bad shock stuff will be :

Atmosphere at hardcore events in holland (neo nazis/football hooligans)
Sweat dripping from everywhere
If you don't take drugs everyone around you wanting cuddles and to talk to you while wrecked.
The squeeze if your near the front

Good shock

No other atmosphere like it (includign the dutch hardcore events like MoH/Nightmare/Dominator)
You will meet so many people good/bad you will just talk to everyone (so again if ur shy might be a problem)
The travel, weekenders/trips away/trips abroad all add up to a hefty bill but will give you some amazing experiences which you can't really talk to about anyone else apart from people who goto those events themselves, not many people "get" the whole big clubbing events.

Well about the sweat i would expect that if everyone is dancing for hours and hours surely you would get very sweaty and tired! Don't see how you even manage :rolleyes:

Neo Nazi's :O Rather random.... though how would you know anyway unless their walking around with nazi clothes on!? And what do they do :confused:

SO Drugs are gd mk'ay ! Lol, Well you say about the newspapers - well obviously. Thats like listening to my school haha. Though theres always the chance surely.

And under the good points well surely the drug bit would solve the shy bit!
No kidding it would be a hefty bill...

You'll only get the Neo Nazis if you go to Holland or any other Eastern European Festival, don't worry about them. Half the time I bet you won't even notice them, and even if you do they probably won't be that fussed! Just go out and enjoy the music :D

Funny how all of the events are in holland haha well the majority I guess

I think ill stick to the 'more wealthy' events first (q-dance ones)
also thinking if it's the best idea to go when I'm 18 or wait a few years... Though as I'm waiting and waiting to go now, hell do I want to wait longer
