Hardware-accelerated gpu scheduling windows 11 on or off....

I hear enabled is ok (somehow uses less VRAM?) but if streaming with OBS etc (can cause preview stuttering/juddering).. disable.

I've got it enabled with a 14700K and 3070FE - seen no issues so far and no problems with OBS though I only use it a light to medium amount and might not encounter issues hardcore streamers, etc. maybe do.
