Hardware and driver removal....

This shows just how much I know..I am changing my sound blaster z for a Asus xonar u7 and just wanted to know which is the best way of doing it.Do I remove the sound blaster then the drivers or remove drivers then soundblaster?.Also do I install my xonar drivers first then plug the unit in or plug the unit in then do the drivers?.....cheers

I would uninstall driver then remove card. To install I would plug in card then install driver. If you're using Windows 7 you may find it installs the driver for you.
