Hardware changes with WIndows 7 OEM

I've been trying to find the retail version for Windows 7 on this website, but haven't found it.

So my question is this:
If I have a 6950 graphics card, and decide to later put in a second for crossfire, will that screw up my licence? I'm not sure what the rules on OEM are and how they are governed.

OEM is usually tied to the motherboard it was first installed / activated on.

You can change all components without issue bar the motherboard which ideally would require you to purchase a new license.

You can add a second card later without issue
