Hardware encypted hard drives?

Anyone use one or know of any decent makes? Ideally they need to be laptop ones, but so far i've only spotted external caddies that use hardware encryption.

Well, if at all possible, vista ultimate can enable 'bitlocker'. Probably a damn sight cheeper aswell.

If you are buying a laptop and looking for this feature then you should look at laptops that feature TPM chips.

If you are just looking at hardware encyption for the HDD then Vista can do it using Bitlocker you can also couple Bitlocker with a USB stick to act as a pseudo "key"
