Hardware issue?

Hi guys. I upgraded my mobo to a B450 aorus Pro, cpu to ryzen 2600 and 16gb ram. When I booted up Windows kept looping and going to the black boot screen. I've put a Windows disk in as I understand my old drivers may be an issue? However when I put the windows disk in and it goes to the install screen, it stays on the screen choosing the region and keyboard layout. Now my mouse is lit up which indicates the usbs are working but I can't move the cursor and I've tried 2 keyboards and can't tab at all to select options. Any advice on how I can get windows reinstalled? I also had a thought if necessary to put my old hardware back in, uninstall all my drivers and install a set for the B450 aorus Pro but I dunno if that would help at all? Any advice? Also when I select safe mode it just loops and restarts again

What were your steps for installing the new equipment? Did you uninstall any drivers prior to beginning?

For me I always reformat and reinstall Windows if I’m changing platform; it can cause so many problems.
