hardware monitor software for X99

OpenHWMonitor hasn't been updated for over a year. It might not support the sensors used in your X99 board.
 
Aida64 will be up to date.

You can have a "Desktop Gadget" or a newer "Sensor Panel" (if you are good at making it look nice) on your desktop.

Example of "Sensor Panel" (partly hidden above) once set up : will not let me post *******.

Google this > aida sensor panel < then choose IMAGES.

thanks had a look and the sensor panel looks great, AIDA might be an option although I did download aida 64 extreme trial but it shows the 4 sensors on the mb it did not show temps, Anyway the gigabyte is being returned to oc and an asus deluxe is on its way to me
 
Some will not show till you pay for it, trial will not show but it will state so.

Make sure you tick the box to download Betas and check each day.
 
Thanks I will compare what I seen last night to tonight as gigabyte have released another bios update
