Hardware or Software?

Ive recently noticed my broadband speed get allot faster but the trouble is it seems to be tripping my computers settings out.

Anything more than 2mb a second and my computer then says its limited access. Could this be my Belkin usb wireless dongle not catching up with the demand??

Replace the wireless connection with a wired one for testing, does it do the same? Also some idea about the router etc. may help.

Replace all Belkin networking equipment and you'll be much better off.

Ive tried it with a wire and It didnt cut out but I have been downloading on Steam and its not cut out but when I try download on torrent it cuts out after a while. So is it my torrent program or SKY broadband?

nope its not torrent thats shorting out my connection
