A friend of mines printer (Rx420) keeps coming up with a Paper Jam error even though there is no jam?
He’s had the same problem before and whilst it’s been under warranty the Epson Express Centre has fixed it, no problem. Thing is, it’s now out of warranty, so I reckon they’ll charge him for the repair… In the past they’ve told him that it’s just a simple case of doing a hardware reset.
Does anyone here know anything about Hardware Resets on Epson printers, and if it’s possible to do one from the comfort of your own home
