Hardware that allows you to live stream.

I am looking for something that will allow me to livestream. I am a pc gamer and have a fairly good pc but it is not good enough to run games and xsplit at the same time. This is why im looking for some hardware to help with this.
The things i have been looking at are
1.Roxio HD
2.Elgato Game Capture HD
3.HD PVR 2
I have a few questions about all of these and any you think may do the job.
1. Does it allow me to do voice overs in the stream.
2. Is it possible to connect to xsplit.
3. Does it work with pc gaming ( This is what i want it for not PS3 or Xbox.

The RoxioHD, HDPVR, Elgato are used for consoles such as xbox or PS3 they are not needed for PC because you can download software to livestream such as xSplit, you can record your voice on xSplit anyway so spending over £100 its pointless unless you want to livestream on a console.
