Hi all
Does anyone have any experience with Harmon Kardon? I currently use a Pioneer SX-N30 Stereo Receiver to power my kit connected to the PC. B&W 606 speakers and REL HT1003 sub. Connected to the PC via optical. The SX-N30 takes up a sizeable chunk of desk space and uses more twice the power than the citation amp (220W vs 125w when active). The HK Citation Amp would do what I need, and has the connections I require (speaker terminals, sub out with crossover and optical) all whilst being in a smaller package and delivering more power per channel (125W at 8ohm vs 85w at 8ohm). I can still use bluetooh or now chromecast to stream music if I wasn't using the PC. It also has 5GHz WiFi. It seems really neat for the size. But having never owned anything Harmon Kardon I thought I'd ask on here. Richer Sounds have it at £529 with a 6 year warranty. My SX-N30 is 6 year old now and I just fancied a change / upgrade / tidy up.
Thanks.
