I've had this now for a few years and for a while now its done random things. To start with i'd just ignore it thinking I must have caught another button but now i'm convinced its not the case.

Sometimes when watching say sky i'll press the volume up and it'll do that but also act as though I've told it to change the channel. or i'll do that and it'll randomly mute the sound.

Anyone else had similar or is my remote haunted? :eek:

Also had mine a few years and not had them problems...

EDIT: My Harmony Ultimate is the one that has the smart HUB

I had the older Harmony One+. Best thing I ever did was get a Harmony Smart. Cheaper, no annoying docking station (battery lasts up to a year) and no annoying touch screen. All tactile buttons.

The volume buttons are no where near the touch screen

And also the mute is a button and not on the touch screen.

Just checked, in the touch pad is set to mute if it's a long press.

Also I've got the favourite screen with a number of sky channels.

Going to try removing the favourites and the mute.
