The out of frequency will be when the game is trying to display a refresh rate faster than your monitor can support, usually a game won't go higher than windows has it set to but....

It could be a driver problem though so try downloading the latest drivers for your graphics adapter

Nice lack of information there...

At a guess it's attempting to display at a frequency that your monitor cannot handle.

A better description of the problem would be nice, if there is indeed a problem.

ok
a belinea 1925 monitor w/s
x850 ati card 256mb
2gb ram ddr2
asus board

game installed,
when going to boot it up, blank screen and
'out of frequency'

just put on the june 07 ati drivers
monitor drivers etc
no joy
