has anyone else got a facebook shift + return habit

after years of using shift plus return when writing on facebook memessager or writing something on my page for return to work normally without sending the message, or finalising the updated message on my page, I have the habit of pressing shift, plus return, whenever I press return elsewhere too, it is quite the habit, that I am now trying to break
