Nowadays everyone just chats complete BS?

I've noticed it more and more through various businesses, owners, random people etc etc.

Everyone just chats complete BS..Almost as though nowadays you just need to chat crap to get anywhere.

Just constant BS. Another example, a car workshop that has been deserted for the past 48 hours. You guys busy? Yes ram packed.
