Has anyone ever had any joy complaining to EE?

Following a recent BT/EE broadband renewal they have managed to make an absolute mess of my contract and so I've just come off my 15th call to them to complain (most being an hour or more) and I'm still no further forwards!

I was given an e-mail address of [email protected].......but it immediately bounced back! (shocker!)

Apparently the complaints department don't take incoming calls - this must be nice!!!!

Has anyone ever managed to successfully make any kind of a complaint because so far I've had 15 people tell me 15 different things and I'm no further forward??

I managed to get BT to pay me to have broadband/mobile for over two years, but my situation was quite unique.
 
When I was with BT and had problem with the contract and can't be sorted by calling, I found out it was better to complain than call EE/BT and always got results.

I was signed up by an EE rep to the BT fttp service and they mess up the contract and calling them was a waste of time but complaining to BT sort it out.
