Following a recent BT/EE broadband renewal they have managed to make an absolute mess of my contract and so I've just come off my 15th call to them to complain (most being an hour or more) and I'm still no further forwards!
I was given an e-mail address of [email protected].......but it immediately bounced back! (shocker!)
Apparently the complaints department don't take incoming calls - this must be nice!!!!
Has anyone ever managed to successfully make any kind of a complaint because so far I've had 15 people tell me 15 different things and I'm no further forward??
