Has anyone had a lens repaired by Fixation?

My Canon 17-55 2.8 has developed what appears to be a common problem with the aperture blades / ribbon cable, and I'm just curious what sort of amounts people have paid for various repairs with Fixation before I send it off to them.

They fixed my old Sony A580 shutter and I was very happy with service I received.

They are decent, but I would get it done by Canon at Elstree personally. Just a matter of preference.

I had my 24-105 repaired by this guy: http://www.cam-rep.co.uk/ for £95 including return insured postage. Took just over a week and needed the ribbon cable replaced, which sounds like a similar fault. Also did a full clean and service at the same time since the whole lens has to be stripped down to repair it. Wouldn't hesitate in using him again,
