My wife and I are considering a new build Strata Homes house and I wondered whether anyone in here had bought one in the past and had any opinions on the build and finish quality as well as the after sales service/warranty?

Are there any Strata sites nearby that are 2-5 years old? May be worth having a look and even knocking on a few doors to have a chat

A lot of review sites have gushing reviews of new builds concentrating on the easy part (parting you of your money and getting you in) the build quality issues come later when sanitary ware starts to fail etc
