Has anyone player Eco?

I was having a look at the various survival/crafting games on offer at the moment and came across Eco.

I've had a watch of a few videos and rather than it being a survival game it seems to lend itself more towards a resource management game and I'm wondering whether to give it a try!

Has anyone player it and have any insights??

I heard it is played by "toxic people" and all servers are terrible.

from what I gather your supposed to save a planet from a meteor before it hits but most servers end up like toxic waste lands

it does look awesome like minecraft for adults but without a group to play it with then your probably never going to see the game how it's supposed to be

this guy turned the meteor off and just seems to have his server simulate an economy

Thanks for the replies guys - I'd be more interested in a dedicated server anyway but it sounds like you need quite a few of you to be able to share the tasks etc!
