Has anyone received their order to the Republic of Ireland?

Hi all, apologies if this isn't the right place to ask this.

I placed a pre-order for a GPU back in October, it shipped at the very start of January but due to Brexit the parcel was returned to Overclockers. Neither DPD tracking or Overclockers informed me of this so I was left believing that my parcel was in transit for almost two months. I finally reached out to Overclockers and they offered to refund my order and they would reship with a new courier but I would pay for my order VAT-free and the new courier would contact me about payment of VAT and import fees. I accepted and paid VAT-free over the phone and waited for the courier to contact me. 2 weeks later I contacted them and was told that delivery failed and my parcel was returned (again no one contacted me to tell me this, I had to contact first and wait for a reply.) Once again I am being offered a refund and to reship and hopefully this time it will arrive.

Is there really no courier that can just ship to ROI and I can just pay any fees once I receive the item?

Has anyone received their order in Republic of Ireland ever since Brexit? I really don't want to just accept the refund as I'm in need of a GPU and right resale prices are crazy.

Cheers,
Mario R.

Im not sure if this will help, I just sent OcUK an inquiry about the deliveries in ireland about GPU as well and they say that orders now are need to be shipped via DHL because they are having issues regarding invoicing with DPD.

Does that mean I have to pay for custom duties and import fees or not? Cause I never had to pay for customs and import fees before brexit, I just want to make sure that I dont have to pay any extra fees to the courier other than the final payment from OcUk
