Has anyone refunded a game more than once?

I bought CoD MW on both Steam and Battle net and on bth occasions needed to refund the game as it would not launch and instead restarted my PC.
I have since ugpgraded RAM, GPU and PSU and wonder whether to try again but do not want to spend £60 and find I cannot refund again if I still have major issues and if I can refund again which launcher Steam or Battle net?

I've refunded the same game multiple times on Steam. Had a game which just went to a black screen when it started but its a game I wanted so every once in a while I rebuy it to see if it still blackscreens or whether its been fixed and if not I refund it again.

You can on Steam, not sure about Battle.net. Certainly sounds like a PC issue though

As long as you are still within the two hour playtime limit then it's all good.

Still couldn't launch it so then decideded to reinstall Windows where it seems I have an motherboard issue I think, so hoping a replacement arrives before Christmas.

Refunded the game again without any problems.
