Has anyone seen a flying fish

I have. Used to see them all the time when I lived in Barbados.

Same here, saw loads in Barbados

some in the sea and some on my plate

Never eaten one! I was such a picky eater when I was younger. If it wasn't "normal" food, I wouldn't touch it.
