Im looking for a mouse for work, because i use a lot of AutoCAD (draughting software) and my wrist is starting to ache with my normal mouse!

So ive seen is this and it looks class...

I was just wondering if anyone has seen these in action and does the button in the middle of the stick scroll up and down, instead of a wheel?
