Looking to buy a genuine copy of Office 2019 Home & Student and was shopping around only to see this outfit offering it for a third of what Microsoft U.K. want for it.

Are they legit?

They’ve got good reviews on Trustpilot, but I can’t shake the feeling that it appears to good to be true.

All our licenses have a 1 YEAR WARRANTY. What does this mean? If you need to reinstall the software and re-activate it, we cover you for 1 year

The address is incomplete, and is probably some flats above an Aldi.
Registered company for the domain is Crone Clothing in Germany.

Probably grey market. I'd go for an even cheaper option though. A few to choose from through allkeyshop:

I bought Windows 10 for ~£10 a couple of years ago through an allkeyshop seller. It's been fine. £12 isn't much to risk on getting Office

They are not a good company! I WOULD STAY CLEAR OF THEM! Poor customer service!
