Has Flickr been changed again?

Couldn't find the big Flickr thread after much searching!

Anyway was wondering as per title has Flickr changed again? As when I try and view photostreams and the photos I am getting an unusable interface where the image is on far left corner and no other options, looks like a website that has all its CSS properties missing. :confused:

Yeah something has changed for the worse though I cba to find out what.

All I know is it's broken.
