For the past four days ive been getting problems with my graphics so i took a video of it which is above.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled drivers. I have put the graphics card in another pci-e slot and still the same problem occurs. But today all seems ok, maybe im speaking to soon. So the question is, is my graphics card dying or is it classed as dead?

The memory 'might' have had it, quite often the first thing to go.

Has everything else been stable before these occurrences?

If you haven't already, give it a clean to de-clogg any dust around the heat-sink. See how it fares over the next couple of days.

Its still under warrenty which is good thing,i wonder what would happen if i sent it of to be RMA and during there testing the card is fine, how would they test it is there a free program out there that i could put it through its paces.

if its out of warranty ya might as well cook it for the craic, So long as you know what you are doing, saying you've cooked your graphics card is a conversation starter, especially if it works ... although looking at that it prob wont fix your issue, rather exacerbate it.
