Has my App Store been hacked?

Just went into my App Store on my iPad, and I am seeing this screen.

Is this just an error on apple’s part, or some virus attempt to hack into my iPad?

That was my initial thought (puts on tin foil hat).

Problem went away on its own. App Store is working again.
