@UltimateToastie Not sure where you are at in the world, but happy to take a look at it for you if you want. Always have loads of spares on hand, be that PSU's CPU, motherboards and RAM etc.

UK essex, i have a new PC on the way so i am not in a rush to fix it but i would like to get it fixed eventually, thanks for that

I have everything unplugged apart from the power cable for the psu and it doesn't boot.

Sounds like something popped. Smell the PSU, if it smells bad (almost burnt but worse), it’s likely that.

Hope your psu didn’t blow up your motherboard.
